I just want to touch upon something.

I want people to know that in this community we should stick together. As such, the ripping off of designs from designers should be strictly prohibited. It is not only unethical but it is just wrong.

I dont understand how making a buck could possibly be worth the blatant use of someone's designs without permission.

I just thought that needed to be said. Buyers beware. Make sure you support the people who design these items versus those that steal them just to make a buck and pay the mortgage.

It should also be noted that ebay sellers, excluding some that we know of that are an active part of this community (i.e. dallas), they're out to make a buck and will rip off anything you have without a question of conscious. Remember that before you click to bid.

Industrial Strength

All orders that are pending with Industrial Strength that were coming with the LJ shipment have arrived in Dallas. These are waiting to be picked up and I sent the nephews to get this for me this afternoon. No doubt they are spending the 40 bucks I gave them, near downtown.

Proceeds from all sales in September go towards building the site. So please if you're wanting to spend, this is the month to do it. This site....i could write a book on the nightmares I have been through to get it this far.

There will also be a charity fundraiser in November where a full week's worth of profits will go towards The Roy Williams Safety Net Foundation, a foundation dedicated to helping low-income single mothers in the Dallas area.

This charity is something that Ive been wanting to donate to for a long time and if you purchase from me during the last week of November, all profits. Thats 100% of profits. Not a portion of the profit, it is 100%, will be going to this awesome charity for mothers that need it for the holidays.

I came from a single parent household where my mother struggled with 3 jobs to support my brother, sister, and I. I think this is the very least I can do to help the women in the Dallas community see to it that their families are able to celebrate the holidays without wondering how they'll make it.

Merchant Account

It should be mentioned that I have, in fact, received capabilities to begin accepting credit cards. There is a slight delay during this process awaiting for my terminal. In the interim, customers that were intending on making a purchase will be able to pay via paypal provided they fulfill either of two requirements; they have done repeated business for at least 6mo.-1yr or have purchased at least $150 dollars worth of items. Otherwise, ill take paypal on a case by case basis until im able to charge it here at home.

Okay, the stone order for my customers is still going through. In no way do i want you to think that your own order is being cancelled when i refer to status of this order.

MY OWN STOCK, the items i was going to purchase for resale, was mostly cancelled. Items from my own personal order except the spirals. SO those are still coming and a few pieces here and there that i thought would be cool AS STOCK for my business.

please realize that if you have an order with me it is still being taken care of.

I would not...even...think...about cancelling everyones order. I promised and im going to deliver.

The list on this link ... is stock they decided to share with me as one-offs pairs and slight amounts they have in certain sizes. If your order was confirmed already and you dont see your plugs that you chose on that list, no need to worry, they have other stock that were not listed on that spreadsheet and they are more than able to fill your order. ONLY if you received an email from me advising you if an item is out of stock should you even worry about your order.

Right now I am tying up one last HUGE order from a customer that purchased about 15 pairs of stone and once that is done it ships.

SO, if you still are a little confused and have questions/concerns. Please post here as this is about the only way I can get to messages without them getting lost in my inbox hell.

I also want to address a couple of things:

First off, I should say that terms and policies can change within a moments notice. If you dont like it. Shop elsewhere.

Two, never feel like you can give me a guilt trip into doing what suits you individually. Things dont work that way in the real world. You cant pout your lip and expect people to bend to your will.

Third, I have the right to cut you off with the slightest b/s. Its my right as a seller and really, Im pretty selective about whom I do business with, if you happen to want to throw me attitude and think Ill be there when you need something in the future. Wrong.

Fourth, never feel like you can tell me how to run my business. Ever. This is a business not a co-op. K? I hope thats clear. If I want input I'll seek qualified professionals that graduated from Wharton.

Fifth, customer service...I try and more or less succeed in being professional in every situation but I AM HUMAN and outside of the confines of this business I dont put up with shit. So, when you get on my last nerve...dont think I wont tell you. Frankly, I'm too old to be putting up with peoples mouths that think they can spout whatever rhetoric they feel is necessary. Its not. Im trying to limit those with access to my sales as well as my items available. I figure, the dedicated ones that ive done business with should get first dibs on everything I have to offer.

I'm also getting to a point where I no longer want to advertise the sales in forums. I feel it bogs them down and keeps people that are genuinely wanting to sell their personal items. Going to forums to sell my items, I feel, shouldnt be done on there.
